An illustrious and endangered Snowy Owl flies up and down in the wind her large wing span allowing her to glide with ease. A ring mount is secured on top which may be hung from any hook from which a plant would hang or from a tree limb. The flying lines are made of virtually invisible nylon line which is very strong and will last for many years.
